GATO is CAT in spanish
MEU in MINE in catalan, and also is the way to say MEOUW! in catalan and spanish.

So, its a word game for catalans:
Sr. GATO MEU
MR. MY CAT or MR. MEOUW CAT
for spanish only means MR. MEOUW CAT
